Peter Capaldi is leaving Doctor Who.
The British actor surprised fans when he made the announcement during an interview on BBC Radio 2. "I feel it’s time to move on," he said.
Capaldi, who began his run as the 12th Doctor in 2013, will exit the show after one more season in December, along with showrunner Steven Moffatt. (BBC)
