In case you missed it...
While country fans are still absorbing the release of "McArthur" last week, Hardy hinted they should buckle up, because there's more where that came from. A day after the superstar collab was released, Hardy posted some pics from a hunting trip with the caption "What ya gonna pass down?" Below the original post, a fan would comment, saying "McArthur" was the best song of 2026. Hardy answered back, and raised some eyebrows: “You haven’t even heard anything yet.” Are we getting another song featuring Tim McGraw, Eric Church and Morgan Wallen? An EP? More? Obviously, a tease is just that: a tease, and no further details were made available.
With less than a week to go before Super Bowl Sunday, Turning Point USA has finally revealed the lineup for its "alternative Super Bowl halftime show." The country-leaning event will feature Kid Rock, Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert and Gabby Barrett, and is organized as a Conservative-based show intended to celebrate “faith, family and freedom,” and to provide another viewing option for those fans who have no desire to watch Bad Bunny perform his halftime show. While Bunny has a global stage on NBC and Peacock, with an audience expected to be well over 100-million, the first ever counter-broadcast has an uphill climb to come anywhere close to those numbers. No physical location was announced for the "All-American Halftime Show," as it's being promoted as a "virtual event." Viewers can stream the performances via The Daily Wire, Real America’s Voice, Trinity Broadcasting Network, Charge!, The National News Desk, New Tang Dynasty, One America News (OAN), the Turning Point USA YouTube channel, X and Rumble, and "The Charlie Kirk Show" YouTube and Rumble accounts. Super Bowl LX kicks off Sunday at 6:30pm ET, with the halftime show(s) to follow.
