It would seem that Garth Brooks has no intention of slowing things down in 2026; in fact, it seems he's finding another gear. On his website, the legend talked about possible plans moving forward. "I'm an artist, I HAVE to make music," Garth said. "And I'm an entertainer, so I HAVE to take the music to the people." Translation: new music, new tour. Garth is already scheduled for three big shows later this year...two at Milwaukee Summerfest on June 16th and 17th, and one in the UK in London's Hyde Park on June 27th. It would seem that Garth is hinting that is only the beginning.
The huge 90s country tribute concert "An All-Star Salute 90’s Country – Honky Tonk Time Machine" just got even bigger. The concert, to be held February 5th at Propst Arena in Huntsville, Alabama, just added an even dozen new acts to the bill. Previously announced: Rhett Akins, John Berry, Tracy Byrd, Deana Carter, Mark Chesnutt, Mark Collie, Billy Dean, Andy Griggs, Wade Hayes, Ty Herndon, Tracy Lawrence, Neal McCoy, Lorrie Morgan, Paul Overstreet, Lee Roy Parnell, Michael Peterson, Collin Raye, Doug Stone, Rick Trevino, Tanya Tucker, Bryan White, Mark Wills, Michelle Wright, Confederate Railroad, Highway 101, Kentucky Headhunters, Ricochet, and The Frontmen (featuring the original voices of Restless Heart, Little Texas and Lonestar). Now added to the lineup: Jamey Johnson, Aaron Lewis, Aaron Tippin, Michael Ray, Lee Greenwood, Carlene Carter, Forester Sisters, McBride & the Ride, Ken Mellons, Janie Fricke, T. Graham Brown and Eric Blankenship. The show is nearly sold out, with only 400 tickets left, but the event is slated to air nationally on PBS.
