The Guinness Book of World Records just crowned the world’s shortest horse. Pumuckel stands at a teeny 21.1 inches tall. Carola Weidemann, of Germany, adopted the horse in 2020, when he was only 5 months old and about 18 inches tall. Pumuckel is a trained therapy horse who lifts spirits with regular visits to nursing homes, hospices, schools and facilities for people with disabilities. See video of the adorable horse below...
