In case you missed it...

Eric Church has announced he'll be playing three concerts in a row at Colorado's Red Rock Amphitheater, and real Church fans will want to attend all three nights. The singer has revealed that each show will be unique. Night One, July 14th, will be "Eric Church vs. The Machine," which will feature "a full-scale production featuring his band joined by a dynamic ensemble of strings, horns and choir." The next night, it's "Eric Church vs. The ECB," which will showcase Eric's band and longtime collaborator Joanna Cotton. Night Three is "Eric Church vs. The Guitar," which will be "a stripped-down, intimate evening with Church alone on stage, delivering an acoustic performance like only he can." Stephen Wilson Jr. opens all three shows. Fan club members can buy tickets now before they go on sale to the general public this Friday. Check out the announcement below...

But wait...there's more! The superstar surprised patrons on the first anniversary of the grand opening of his bar, Chief's, with a pop in and impromptu performance. Friday night, two members of Eric's band were performing some of the boss's songs when suddenly the singer/bar owner jumped on stage to join them for an unscheduled performance of "Springsteen." Check out a video of the moment below...

When you think "Alan Jackson," what comes to mind? Country legend, balladeer, traditionalist. What about rabble rouser? Probably not, but it may be time for a reassessment. Over the weekend, Alan was playing the "Two Step Inn" Festival in Texas, for perhaps one of the last times ever as retirement looms. During his performance of "Good Time," Alan looked down in front of the stage and saw a wide open space (cordoned off by security) that would make for a perfect dance floor. The singer invited fans to break bad and come dance. "Don’t worry, they won’t arrest you," he said at one point. When security tried to step in, Jackson said, "Oh come on man, let the girl dance out here now. Come on! I’d love to see y’all down here. Come down here! Come on, they ain’t gonna mind it." But they did mind, shutting things down and projecting a message to fans on the big screen: "The show has been paused. The show will resume shortly." The show did eventually continue, but not without Jackson having the last word. "I guess they don’t like to have a good time!" he said. "Hey look, there’s a woman drinking a beer. Get her!" See a video of Alan the instigator causing trouble below...
