Do you remember last year when Katy Perry suggested that Jelly Roll would make a great replacement for her at the judge's table once she left "American Idol?" Someone at the network was listening. Jelly didn't get the judging gig (that went to Carrie Underwood), but he got something almost as good. According to ABC, Jelly will join this upcoming season of "American Idol" as the show’s first-ever "artist in residence." Translation: Jelly Roll will join the show during its "Hollywood Week" episodes and continue to appear throughout the season. See a promo with the big announcement below...
Alison Krauss & Union Station are announcing a new album. 'Arcadia' drops on March 28th. It's the band's first album in 14 years. The lead single, "Looks Like the End of the Road," is out now.
