In case you missed it...

Shaboozey's hit "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" has made history, tying the record for the longest-running No. 1 single in "Billboard" Hot 100 history with its 19th week at the top. The song now shares the record with Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Old Town Road,” while also holding the distinction of being the longest-running No. 1 single by a solo artist without a featured performer. Beyond its Hot 100 success, "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" dominates other charts as well, sitting at No. 1 on the Radio Songs chart for a 17th week and leading the Hot Country Songs chart for an impressive 23rd week.

Congratulations to Ashley McBryde, who was afforded a distinct honor from the town where she was born, Waldron, Arkansas. A dedication ceremony was held on Sunday afternoon honoring McBryde, and a roadside sign alongside Highway 71 north was unveiled declaring the town the birthplace of "Ashley McBryde, Grand Ole Opry Member." The Waldron Chamber of Commerce President Lorella Wallace was thankful McBryde could join them. “We never thought in a million years we would be able to have her here…I said wouldn’t it be cool if we got some signs and Ashley showed up? And look at her, she’s here…We are so excited!” The town Mayor, David Millard, read a proclamation declaring November 24, 2024, as “Ashley McBryde Day” in the City of Waldron. A clearly touched McBryde accepted the Key to the City, saying "Thank you all so much. This is amazing that we all are here together on a Sunday afternoon - you did a great job."
