Texas recognizes that country music and football go hand-in-hand. Following in the footsteps of legends like Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton, Lainey Wilson has been tapped to play the halftime show at this Thanksgiving's Dallas Cowboys/New York Giants football game. The Thanksgiving Day game has become the most-watched regular season game of the year, drawing 42-million viewers last year. The game also serves as the kickoff for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign, which has raised more than $3-billion since the Red Kettle Kickoff began. This year's game airs on Fox. Brooks & Dunn have announced a free concert this week to celebrate their upcoming album "Reboot II." The show will take place on Thursday at Skydeck at Fifth + Broadway in Nashville. The event is 21 and older and starts at 6 pm. The list of collaborators on the collection (which comes out November 15) contains some big names: Lainey Wilson, Morgan Wallen, Megan Moroney, Warren Zeiders, Jelly Roll, Riley Green, Mitchell Tenpenny, Hardy, Corey Kent and more. Will any of them show up as "surprise guests?" We'll know Thursday.
