In case you missed it...
If something can go wrong, it will. Tigirlily Gold had the honor of performing the "Star Spangled Banner" before the Denver Broncos/Pittsburgh Steelers NFL game Sunday in Denver. If that weren't nerve-wracking enough, imagine if you're announced, you start singing, and the sound system doesn't work. The ladies kept singing, and got a huge assist from the Denver crowd, who quickly noticed what was going on and took over the vocals for the duo. About 15 seconds in, the sound kicked back on and the duo were able to finish out the performance. They were grateful for the assist, thanking the fans on Tik Tok alongside a clip of the performance. "Denver, thanks for helping us sing along!" they captioned the clip. See Tigirlily Gold, and thousands of fans, sing the National Anthem below...
Brooks & Dunn are going back to the well to re-record their biggest hits with some of today's biggest stars. "Reboot II" follows in the footsteps of the first "Reboot" album, the 2019 collection which set the template for re-recording the duo's biggest hits with an array of today's country hitmakers. Brooks & Dunn let the artists choose which songs they would perform, and those artists are all over today's country radio: Lainey Wilson, Morgan Wallen, Megan Moroney, Warren Zeiders, Jelly Roll, Riley Green, Mitchell Tenpenny, Hailey Whitters, Hardy, Ernest, Corey Kent and many more join the biggest duo in country history on the collection. The album drops November 15. See the announcement (and hear a snippet of Lainey Wilson's take on "Play Something Country") below...
