In case you missed it...
If you needed a reason to travel to Las Vegas, Garth Brooks has one for you. The legend is commemorating the final year of his "Garth Brooks/Plus One Caesars Palace Las Vegas" residency with a new box set. "Garth Brooks 777 Jackpot" contains 77 songs on seven CDs with a custom 88-page book full of photos from his time in Vegas. The set features four CDs of Brooks performing hit influential songs with a fifth disc called "Live Covers." The sixth disc is simply called "Garth," featuring 18 of his biggest hits with the final entitled "Together" containing duets. If Vegas isn't possible, fans can also order via Ticketmaster’s website for $40. The box set is available throughout Caesars properties in Las Vegas - but it's unknown when they'll start shipping.
Keith Urban has been teasing for months that new music was coming this year; we've heard his current single, "Messed Up As Me," as well as "Straight Line," and his duet with Lainey Wilson, "Go Home With U." Now another track has been released, alongside the official announcement of Keith's first album of new music in four years. "High" will come out September 20th, and will consist of twelve tracks (four of which are now out). The new track is called "Wildside," and you can hear it below...
It's almost mandatory that we say this, but...Willie Nelson is "on the road again." The singer's "Outlaw Country Festival" left the station without him, as Willie was on doctor's orders to take several days off to recuperate from an unspecified illness. The good news is, once those days were up, Willie was deemed well enough to join the tour in progress. The tour's next stop is July 2nd in Mansfield, Massachusetts, where hopefully the country legend will once again take the stage.
