In case you missed it...

March is turning out to be a big month for Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood. Trisha is celebrating her 25th anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry on March 13th, Garth's "Friends In Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk" is celebrating its grand opening, and now news of a new docuseries featuring the couple. "Friends In Low Place" is coming to Amazon Prime and will follow the pair as they work on Garth's new Nashville venue - from the planning stages all the way to the Grand Opening. The series follows the couple and some “friends” as they set out to build a honky-tonk in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The plan: to open an epic, four-story bar on Lower Broadway. Those "friends" include Benjamin and Max Goldberg, brothers who are behind Nashville’s culinary and nightlife explosion; and Jenny Deathride Bratt and Camille Tambunting of Strategic Hospitality. The series is set to premiere on Prime this coming Thursday - the same night the venue celebrates its grand opening.

March is Women's History Month, and to mark the occasion, the Grand Ole Opry will feature legendary ladies of country performing all month long, including Lauren Alaina, Crystal Gayle, Kathy Mattea, Ashley McBryde, Lorrie Morgan, Jeannie Seely, Connie Smith and more. In addition, on Wednesday, March 13th, Trisha Yearwood will celebrate her 25th anniversary as a Grand Ole Opry member. The special celebration will feature Yearwood collaborating with an all-female cast including Suzy Bogguss, Terri Clark, Jeannie Seely, Pam Tillis and more. And on March 8th at 6 pm CT, Opry host Kelly Sutton will host a Women of Country panel in the Opry House’s Studio A, featuring legendary Opry member Jeannie Seely as well as special guests Mickey GuytonAnne Wilson and more chatting about their milestones, mentors, and favorite career moments. Fans who purchase tickets to the Daytime or Women of Country backstage tours on March 8th will receive a free admission to the Women of Country panel event in Studio A. Fans can tune in for the event livestream on the Opry’s Facebook page.

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is getting ready to showcase Nashville's newest talent. "American Currents: State of the Music" is now open. Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, Lainey Wilson, and Morgan Wallen are just a few of the artists who are showcased. Their clothing, guitars, and other significant items are on display. The exhibit runs through next February.
