In case you missed it...

Toby Keith has had four albums hit the top of the all-genre Billboard Albums Chart over his 30+ year career. Make that five now. It's a sad fact that when the public hears of an artist passing away, they tend to revisit their music to such a degree that their careers experience a posthumous resurgence. With Toby Keith's passing after a long battle with stomach cancer, he is the latest to see such a surge in sales. His "35 Biggest Hits" collection is currently sitting in the top spot after selling 66-thousand copies in the last week. That's a leap of 953-percent over the previous week. The album first peaked at #2 on this chart upon its release back in May of 2008. The last time Toby had an album at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart was in 2010 with "Bullets in the Gun." His other #1's were "Big Dog Daddy" (2007), "Shock’N Y’all" (2003) and "Unleashed" (2002). An interesting side note - with Toby taking the top spot, that sends Morgan Wallen's "One Thing At A Time" to the #2 position, the first time in more than nine years that one country album has replaced another at #1 on the all-genre albums chart. And a bittersweet PS: it happens 31 years to the week after Toby released his very first single, "Should've Been A Cowboy." RIP Toby. Your music lives on.

Parker McCollum and his wife Hallie are having a boy! The couple announced the news in an Instagram post this week, and have also come up with five names for their son-to-be. In a follow-up comment, Parker listed the choices he liked, adding, "Pick from those when you get a chance Hallie will ya?" Those choices: Keaton Cadillac McCollum, King Cowboy McCollum, Yancey Tyler McCollum, Walker Yancey McCollum, and Major Yancey McCollum. Ball's in your court, Hallie!
