A man in Florida is taking Dunkin’ Donuts to court after he claims a toilet at one of their stores exploded while he was on it, leaving him covered in human waste. Paul Kerouac says the horrifying incident that happened on January 6th, left him “covered with debris, including human feces and urine,” according to the lawsuit. Kerouac is asking the chain to hand over $50,000 plus legal fees, claiming that he now “requires mental health care and counseling as a direct result of the trauma he experiences in the restroom at defendant’s building, and from the continuing trauma following the event.”
