"CMT Crossroads" has a long history of pairing up country stars with stars from pop, rock and r&b. The next edition continues that tradition by pairing up one of today's top country performers with an 80's hair metal icon. "CMT Crossroads: Bret Michaels & Chris Janson" features current country star Janson along with Poison frontman and 80's glam-metal icon Bret Michaels. While this is being billed as the pair's first time on stage together, it won't be the last. “'CMT Crossroads' with my friend Chris Janson was a bucket list and nothing but a good time,” Michaels shares. “We brought nothing but hits and an absolute game-changer of fun, big energy and what may be the biggest, rowdiest & most good-time lovin’ fans. This will be a music history-making event so tune in on December 20th and get ready for your chance to see Chris & me on my Parti-Gras Mardi Gras 2024 Tour.” The setlist will include hits from both artists, including Poison's “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” “Talk Dirty To Me” and “Your Mama Don’t Dance” and Janson’s “Fix a Drink,” “Good Vibes” and “Buy Me A Boat.” The Janson/Michaels episode premieres Wednesday, December 20th at 9 pm ET/PT with an immediate encore at 10 pm ET/PT. The episode will then go live on CMT.com and CMT VOD on Thursday, December 21st with subsequent premieres on CMT Music and MTV Live.
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas - and apparently so does Carrie Underwood, at least for a while longer. Her "Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency" has been extended by six dates, to run through October 2024. Newly announced dates include October 16, 18, 19, 23, 25, and 26. Tickets and a limited number of VIP packages and upgrades to this new set of performances go on sale to the public this Friday, December 15 at 10 am PT. See Carrie make the announcement below...
