In case you missed it...

Garth Brooks will be kicking off the grand opening of his "Friends In Low Places Bar & Honkytonk" on Black Friday with a concert, but assuming that you can't get to Nashville to see it live, what can you do? First, some things to know about the venue itself. While it's five stories of country music awesomeness, Friday will be a soft opening, with just the first two floors open for business. Garth says the remaining three floors will be open to the public in March. For people familiar with Nashville, the venue is located at 411 Broadway in Nashville, where the old Paradise Park Trailer Park bar used to be. And as for Friday's event, Garth will be the first artist to perform, which is only right, as it's his place. As for seeing Garth take the stage, fans can watch on Amazon Prime Video and Twitch; in fact, anyone watching the Black Friday NFL game between the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins will segue right into the concert. A pre-concert show will begin airing at 6pm ET on Twitch as well. Garth held a press conference Monday to explain a little more about the bar, saying it's unlikely you'll find him on stage at "Friends in Low Places" very often, as the stage is built for new artists. He also said it's going to be a place that's "friendly" to musicians, meaning they won't be tasked with playing for four hours nonstop and he'll likely wrap up the music just after midnight. Get more information about Garth's new business venture here

A Christmas classic that was always a big part of The Judds was "Beautiful Star Of Bethlehem." Now, with mom Naomi Judd gone, Wynonna has released a new solo version of the track. "'Beautiful Star of Bethlehem' is one of the first Christmas songs I ever remember singing with Mom," Wynonna says. We recorded it in 1987 for the 'Christmas Time with The Judds' album, and I still sing it to this day! Getting to re-record it with my husband and producer Cactus Moser, 35 years later, was so special to me. It’s rootsy and raw, as if we’re sitting around the fireplace singing together." Check out Wynonna's updated version of the holiday classic below...
