Chris Young teased on Instagram last week a new song he was working on - one with a riff straight out of David Bowie's "Rebel Rebel" - called "Young Love & Saturday Nights." A week later, we have the finished track and it's a banger. Chris lifted the guitar riff and melody straight from Bowie's classic jam - enough so that Bowie actually has a co-write on the track. Christian rockers NeedToBreathe's next album has been announced - it'll be called "Caves" and is set to drop September 15. Along with that announcement came the album's track list - and the reveal of two country artists that will guest on the project. The album will feature four guest stars on the eleven tracks: alt-rockers Judah & The Lion, singer/songwriter Foy Vance, and two members of the country music community: Carly Pearce and Old Dominion. Pearce appears on a track titled "Fall On Me" while Old Dominion join NeedToBreathe on "Wasting Time." NeedToBreathe are no strangers to collabing with country stars; In 2021, Carrie Underwood recorded a song called "I Wanna Remember" with the group before performing it at the CMT Awards. They also joined her for a song on her gospel album "My Savior," released that same year. Check out the tracklist for the upcoming NeedToBreathe album below.
