Twenty years ago, Darryl Worley sang "Have You Forgotten?" as a way to vent after 9/11 and the aftermath. Now, in 2023, the singer finds himself upset and confused again over the state of things in this country - and he has updated his 2003 hit with a sequel of sorts, called "Have We Forgotten?" Darryl Tweeted, "A question we all need to ask ourselves!! Extremely blessed to have this new single coming out 6/30! It’s a completely different take on my biggest hit! The melody will be familiar but the words are different! The sentiment is different!" As the Tweet said, we get to hear the updated take on Friday.
