Morgan Wallen was teaming up with Ryl Tea as an endorser/investor/creator, and we also told you that he was teasing that "something special" was on the way - something beyond the initial announcement. Now we know. Yesterday on his (and the brand's) Instagram, Morgan revealed the first thing he helped create in Ryl's labs - his own line of Sweet Teas. Labeled "The Ryl Co. Sweet Tea Crafted By Morgan Wallen," the beverage harkens back to Morgan's Southern roots - but there's a twist: the drink has no sugar, no calories, and 200mg of something called "polyphenols." "Told y’all something sweet was coming soon… introducing my very own Sweet Tea. Ryl Tea and I worked hard to capture the taste I remember from my childhood. It took time, but it was well worth the wait. I love this sweet tea and the fact that it’s healthy makes it all the better. This tea takes me right back to my Mamaw’s front porch on a hot summer’s day." Messing with a staple of the South could be playing with fire, but you can find out for yourself whether Morgan and Ryl Tea pulled off a zero-sugar Sweet Tea miracle next month. The product will be available in select grocery stores like Wegmans, Harris Teeter, Shoprite, Brookshire Grocers, Reasors, and Sprouts Farmers Market.
With Memorial Day upon us, many American's thoughts tend to be a bit more patriotic - among those Americans, Toby Keith. As an artist, Toby has carved out an image of being one of the more proud Americans in the country genre, with many songs that reflect that. To that end, Toby is releasing a special six-song EP today, simply titled "America." The EP consists of several of Toby's more patriotic-themed hit singles, as well as a couple songs that aren't necessarily patriotic in nature, but will certainly sound great at loud volume at your Memorial Day weekend cookout. All six songs range from platinum to triple platinum, so you won't hear anything new - but all the songs on the collection you can probably sing along to. Check out Toby Keith's America Track List:
1. "Courtesy of the Red, White And Blue (The Angry American)"
2. "Should've Been a Cowboy"
3. "American Soldier"
4. "As Good as I Once Was"
5. "I Love This Bar"
6. "Beer for My Horses"
