Brain Food...Who The Heck Is That?

Ten years ago today, I performed for the final time before passing away just 20 days later. I had been scheduled to perform my final concert in Nashville that November, but it's fitting I didn't make it there since I earned a nickname for failing to appear at numerous shows in my career. Who the heck is that?
