If you’re a “phan” of “The Phantom of the Opera,” you won’t want to miss this. Airbnb is celebrating the historic 35-year run of the play with an exclusive stay at the venue that inspired it all. On March 1st, the travel site will open a booking at Paris' iconic Palais Garnier [[ pah-lay gharn-ee-ay ]] for two lucky guests. The theater's Box of Honour will be transformed into a bedroom with design elements inspired by the musical -- all with a bird's eye view of the stage below. The stay also includes a private ballet, an exclusive recital by artists of the Paris Opera Academy, and dinner in a historic rehearsal room. The booking window opens at 12 p.m. Eastern. The stay is set for July 16th, 2023 at a rate of 37 euros -- the number of the opera box. In the US, it rounds out to about $40.
