You could make a thousand bucks just by eating cheese in bed. Mattress review website Sleep Junkie is hiring five "dairy dreamers" for a study that will put to be the controversy over whether eating cheese or other dairy products before bed leads to nightmares. The five dreamers will track their sleep and provide written evaluations of their sleep quality, energy level throughout the day and reports on dreams and nightmares after noshing on various cheese products before going to sleep. The study will last for three months. Applications are being accepted through Feb. 10.
