WLLR's Who The Heck Is That?

Way back in 1996, I was celebrating my first Greatest Hits Collection simultaneously being certified gold, platinum, and double-platinum. One of the songs sounded like an anthem to soaring forests and was written by George Jones and Roger Miller. Who the heck is that?
