In case you missed it...

The “CMT: Giants” celebration of Vince Gill airs tonight at 9 pm and a preview has Chris Stapleton honoring him with a cover of “Whenever You Come Around,” from Vince’s 1994 album “When Love Finds You.” “The greatest impact that you’ve had on me besides the obvious thing of your music — I moved here wanting to be you — is you had the courage to encourage me,” Chris shares. “You’ve always had time to come watch me play or invite me on a songwriter’s round when I had no business being there.” He adds, “It really made a difference for me to get to do that, and I really do appreciate that. I love you from the bottom of my heart.” Other artists celebrating Vince on “CMT: Giants” include Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Maren Morris and more. Check out Chris’ tribute below.
