Tenille Townes was a big winner at the 2022 Canadian Country Music Association Awards. The singer, who also co-hosted the event with Blanco Brown, took home five trophies, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and Songwriter of the Year “Girl Who Didn’t Care,” and Ford F-150 Album of the Year for “Masquerades.”
Ashley McBryde seemed to be teasing something on social media this week, and now she’s confirmed what it is. The singer announced she’ll be releasing the new album “Lindeville” on September 30th. “This one time my friends and I had an idea… Then we made it a reality,” she wrote on Instagram. “And now we get to invite you to enjoy it with us. Welcome to Lindeville.” She tagged several artists in the post, including Brothers Osborne, who actually teased the project with her this week. John Osborne is named as the album’s producer. Other artists tagged in the post include Brandy Clark, Caylee Hammack, Aaron Raitiere, Benjy Davis and Pillbox Patti, indicating that they were some of the “friends" she mentioned. Carrie Underwood's hubby Mike Fisher had a little fun at her expense. The singer was jogging on the road as Mike quietly drove up behind her, noting on video "let's see if we can get her." He then got close to her and honked his horn, and she responded by running in front of his car. He captioned the video, “Not my best work but still had a good laugh!" Check it out below.
