Shania Twain fans are getting the chance to learn a lot about her. A new documentary about the singer, “Not Just A Girl,” is set to premiere on Netflix Tuesday. The film, directed by Joss Crowley, traces the singers career, and is described as “a definitive look at the making of one of the world's most adored superstars and fashion-forward female pioneers in pop, country, and rock.” In addition to looking back at her life and career, it also gives fans a look at the recording of Shania's forthcoming sixth record. The film also features appearances by Kelsea Ballerini, Lionel Richie, Diplo, Avril Lavigne, and Orville Peck. A trailer for the doc features music clips, and archival footage, with audio of Shania talking about her husband’s cheating, losing her voice and more. Check it out below. As a companion to the doc, Shania will release a compilation album “Not Just A Girl (The Highlights)”, which includes some of her biggest hits, as well as the bonus title track. During this week’s “America’s Got Talent,” a country trio named Chapel Heart got a golden buzzer for a performance of their original track “You Can Have Him, Jolene,” a response to Dolly Parton’s classic tune “Jolene.” One of the sisters Danica said Dolly’s one of their “favorites,” and apparently the feeling is now mutual. Dolly re-shared the performance on social media, commenting, “What a fun new take on my song, @ChapelHartBand!,” adding “Carl's birthday is today so I think I'll hang on to him, and I'm not notifying Jolene that today is his birthday #AGT,” referring to hubby Carl Dean.
