The singer shared a throwback photo of her first ever music festival appearance at Canada's Northern Lights Festival, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. “I was a little girl, with an outfit made by my grandma and handmade moccasins… on a big stage with a bunch of adults and a huge audience watching me... and a guitar that was bigger than me!!,” she shares. “Looking back, that was a really intimidating environment to be in and I'm really proud of that little kid for facing my fears and braving it out - little did I know it would be a running theme in my career!” Check out her post below.
Old Dominion is marking a special career milestone. The band took to social media to mark the fifth anniversary of the release of their breakthrough hit “Written in the Sand.” “Five years ago we put out this song, and y'all have given it one hell of a life,” they write, next to video of them performing the tune. “It's a dream come true to make music that connects with others, so thank you for letting us do what we love every day.
