- Millennials Love Pets More Than Siblings, Partners, And Parents (REAL)
A recent report from Consumer Affairs surveyed 1,000 pet owners and found that 57% of the participants between the ages of 27 and 42 love their pets more than they do their siblings, and 50% said the same thing about their moms. What do researchers think this means? Part of the study reads “Previous studies have shown that millennials are less likely to own homes and have children…evidently, pets may have a lot to do with this.” Millennials also apparently would rather have pets than children.
