In case you missed it...

After 28 years of marriage, it looks like Billy Ray Cyrus is about to be single again. The singer’s wife Tish filed for divorce in Tennessee, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The filing notes that Billy Ray and Tish haven’t “cohabited as man and wife for a continuous period of more than two years.” Tish is seeking to keep her separate property and wants an “equitable division and distribution of all marital assets.”  Billy Ray and Tish have five kids together, including 29-year-old Miley, 22-year-old Noah, 34-year-old Brandy, 33-year-old Trace and 27-year-old Braison. This isn’t exactly the first time the couple has gone down his path. In fact, this is the third time they filed for divorce. Billy Ray filed back in October 2010, and dropped it in March, 2011. Tish then filed for divorce two years later, in June of 2013, only to drop it a month later.
