In case you missed it...

The CMT Music Awards go down Monday and even more performers have been added to the telecast. The latest additions include Mickey Guyton with the Black Pumas, Old Dominion, and Carrie Underwood. They join previously announced performers Kelsea Ballerini, Kane Brown, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell and Lainey Wilson, Keith Urban and The Judds. Meanwhile, the fully loaded Video of the Year category has now been narrowed down to six finalists. Videos in the running include:

  • “If I Didn’t Love You” - Jason Aldean & Carrie Underwood
  • “One Mississippi” – Kane Brown
  • ‘half of my hometown” - Kelsea Ballerini feat. Kenny Chesney
  • “Forever After All” - Luke Combs
  • “Til You Can’t” – Cody Johnson
  • “Never Say Never” – Cole Swindell & Lainey Wilson

The 2022 CMT Music Awards, hosted by Kelsea and Anthony Mackie, air Monday on CBS, with an extended version with 30 extra minutes of performances to debut April 15th on CMT. Voting is open now.

Maren Morris is the latest artist to take part in NPR’s “Tiny Desk (Home) Concert.” Filmed at Tennessee’s SoHo House, Maren performs four songs, three from her new album “Humble Quest,” "Circles Around This Town,” “I Can't Love You Anymore" and "Background Music.” She also treats fans to one of her hits, “The Bones.” Check it out below.
