Walker Hayes should certainly be happy about his new chart milestone. The singer’s new album, “Country Stuff: The Album,” debuts at two on the “Billboard” Top Country Albums chart, his best career ranking on the chart. As we told you, Walker moved 33,000 equivalent album units of “Country Stuff,” which features his hit song “Fancy Like.” The album debuted at nine on the all-genre "Billboard" 200 Album chart. Meanwhile, Morgan Wallen’s “Dangerous: The Double Album” tops the “Billboard” Top Country Albums chart for a 43rd week. It is now the third-longest reign at number one, tying Randy Travis’ “Always and Forever.”
Kenny Chesney is set to headline the 10th anniversary Mack, Jack & McConaughey gala, taking place April 28 at ACL Live at The Moody Theater in Austin, Texas. The annual MJ&M gala is a fundraising effort by Matthew McConaughey, recording artist Jack Ingram and ESPN analyst Mack Brown, and raises money for organizations dedicated to children’s education, health and wellness. "I'm honored to be a part of the 10th anniversary of MJ&M, a charity that's accomplished so much for children around the world," Kenny shares. "As we're getting back to live music and being together, playing Austin and ACL Live in this intimate setting is a great way to do it." This year's event will raise money to support CureDuchenne, Dell Children's Medical Center, HeartGift, just keep livin Foundation and The Rise School of Austin. Tickets for the gala go on sale Friday at 10 am CST.
