FREE Land?? YEP!!

If you’re looking for somewhere interesting to live…and a riverside community sounds good to you, have you considered Illinois? The city of Grafton wants you to move there – so much that they'll give you free land to do it. The city of Grafton, roughly 30 miles north of St. Louis on the Mississippi River, will sell potential homeowners land for five-thousand dollars. Once purchased, the new owners have three years to build a house on the property and once that’s completed, Mayor Mike Morrow says the city will reimburse you the cost of the land. Morrow further pitched his community by saying, "Grafton is a gorgeous little town and just a wonderful place to be able to walk your family at night." You find more information HERE.
