The iHeartCountry Festival went down in Austin, Texas this weekend, with a lineup that included Blake Shelton, Toby Keith, Little Big Town, Jake Owen, Lee Brice, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell, Chase Rice, and more. It also featured a surprise appearance by George Strait, who came out to join the “We're All Country" Guitar Pull powered by RAM Trucks, which also featured Maddie & Tae and Parker McCollum. George’s contribution to the guitar pull was his tribute to first responders, “The Weight of the Badge,” and his classic “Amarillo By Morning.” Maddie & Tae contributed their take on a Strait track, “Run,” while Parker performed George’s “Carrying Your Love With Me.” As for the night’s other highlights: Blake sang tracks like “Boys ‘Round Here” and “Honey Bee” and his latest single “Come Back As A Country Boy,” pausing to teach fans the words so they could sing along with him.
