A Dallas homeowner's gory Halloween display is being confused for a crime scene for the second year. Steven Novak's Halloween decorations caused a bit of a stir last year, along with a few visits from police, after neighbors thought they has stumbled upon a massacre. Novak tells the “Dallas Observer” he didn't feel any pressure to outdo himself this year, but says he’s especially proud of this year's new wood chipper blood fountain, which sprays three-thousand gallons of fake blood per hour. Along with the fountain, Novak has mutilated mannequins across the yard, barrels of “blood and guts” and more. To check it out below.
