Congratulations are in order for Jimmie Allen and his wife Alexis. The couple welcomed their second daughter, Zara James, in Nashville on Saturday. “Zara James Allen 💖The new addition to our family is here and we couldn’t be happier to finally meet her,” Jimmie shared on Instagram. “Alexis you’re a champion, I love you and so thankful for you.” Earlier in the day, Zara’s arrival caused Jimmie to cancel a concert in Forest City, North Carolina, blaming it on a “family emergency,” adding a post with a baby emoji. The baby is the second daughter for the couple. Their first, Naomi Bettie, is 19 months. Jimmie is also dad to seven-year-old Aadyn from a previous relationship. Check out little Zara below.
Lady A’s new album “What A Country Song Can Do” comes out October 22nd, and they will celebrate its release with an iHeartCountry Album Release party on October 25that 7 pm. The band will perform songs from the album, as well as fan favorites, and will also sit for a Q&A.
