One man’s trash is another woman’s income. Tiffany She’ree saw a YouTube video about dumpster diving at the end of 2016 and decided to try it. On her first dive, the mother-of-four found $1,200 worth of skincare and makeup products that had been thrown out at an Ulta location, and she was hooked. She’s been doing it ever since, and recently realized she was making more reselling discarded items than she was making at her cafeteria job…so she quit. She’ree says she makes anywhere from $800 to $1k a week from the trash inside dumpsters outside stores like Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Party City, and Michael’s.
