In case you missed it...

Garth Brooks fans in Nashville were left disappointed when his show at Nissan Stadium Saturday had to be postponed due to bad weather. The city experienced a bunch of thunderstorms Saturday Night, and a “lightening advisory” was announced after just a few songs of the opening set from Grand Ole Opry stars Chris Young, Emmylou Harris, and Trisha Yearwood. Concertgoers were then asked to shelter inside the stadium before organizers eventually pulled the plug a little after 9 pm. While fans were hoping th show would be rescheduled to Sunday the stadium was unable to do so because they “were unable to secure adequate safety personnel” in time. The concert is expected to be rescheduled for a later date.

Morgan Wallen continues his steps toward a comeback. Just a week after he sat down with Michael Strahan for an interview on “Good Morning America” Morgan was back on stage, thanks to Luke Bryan. Luke’s “Proud To Be Here” tour hit Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena this weekend and in addition to bringing out special guests Jason Aldean and Tyler Hubbard, he had Morgan come out and perform two songs, “Whiskey Glasses” and “More Than My Hometown.” Before singing the latter, he told the crowd, “This is a song about staying true to yourself. That’s been a really hard thing for me to do lately.” And while alcohol may have been one of the things that got him in trouble, it doesn’t look like Morgan has given it up for good. Despite saying he spent 30 days in rehab, he did a shot, of what was reportedly tequila, on stage.
