In case you missed it...

If you watched Friday’s Opening Ceremony for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics you likely caught a glimpse of Keith Urban, who took part in a pre-recorded performance of John Lennon’s classic “Imagine," alongside artists like John Legend, Angélique Kidjo, Alejandro Sanz, and more. “It’s just always been there,” Keith shared of the song, in a preview of his Olympics performance. “It’s a spiritual classic. It’s almost more of a hymn than a song. What lyrics stand out to me in the song? Just the ones between the beginning and the end. It’s an amazing song."

Skate Boarder Jagger Eaton won the bronze medal in the men’s street competition at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics this weekend and he pulled off his impressive moves while listening to music in his AirPods. So what was he listening to? “The music I was listening to today was a combination of new rap and old country,” he tells NBC, although his idea of what is considered “old” is pretty funny. He explained, “As far as old country stuff I was listening to old Florida Georgia Line, just (This Is) How We Roll, getting me in this atmosphere of having fun.” In case you didn’t know, FGL’s “old” tune, “This Is How We Roll,” was released in 2014.
