Guinness World Records has now made it official, Kelly Ripa, Ryan Seacrest, and their guest Science Bob are record holders. Here’s how it happened. On Monday during “Live with Kelly and Ryan,” Science Bob showed the duo how to create an “elephant’s toothpaste,” which is a chemical reaction creating a fountain of foam.
Then they decided to go big and fill the studio to break the record. To do it, Kelly and Ryan, along with Science Bob, poured two buckets of sodium iodide into 40 liters of hydrogen peroxide. The result was hundreds of gallons of foam!
Guinness was on hand to present a certificate to the trio for the very cool record.
