According to at least one person, even the Queen of England isn't above the law. After photos of the Queen and Prince Phillip riding through London were published, one concerned citizen two hundred miles away in West Yorkshire called 999, the UK's version of 911, to report the royals. Why? They weren't wearing their seatbelts. The local West Yorkshire Police Department tweeted about the phone call, pointing out this is neither an emergency nor even under their jurisdiction. As far as we know, no action has been taken against the Queen.
