Two years ago country stars came out to celebrate Waylon Jennings, and now that tribute is finally hitting the airwaves. “Outlaw: Celebrating the Music of Waylon Jennings,” which was recorded in 2015 in Austin, Texas, is set to air on CMT April 7th at 9pm. The show, which will also be released as a CD/DVD package on the same day, features performances by Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, Toby Keith, Willie Nelson, Sturgill Simpson, Alison Krauss, Robert Earl Keen, Jennings' widow Jessi Colter and their son Shooter Jennings and more.
