How to Adjust for NEXT Weekends D-S-T

We have about a week now, until we 'Spring Forward' next Saturday night (March 10th)....my idea: go to bed 10 minutes early every night between now and next weekend and, viola--you'll make up your 'sleep loss' before it happens!
Brilliant, right? OK, I'll sleep on it.
