These backyard “curlers” swapped stones for beer!

I love the Winter Games, especially curling. Strategy, finesse, and very polite yelling. But this week, something else grabbed me: a crew in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, built their own “curling stones” out of Busch. Picture a rack of beer with a wooden handle, sliding across a frozen strip toward spray‑painted targets. It is backyard genius.

No sweepers. No fancy shoes. Just “aim and slide” and hope your case knocks theirs out of the house. It is chaotic, weirdly competitive, and absolutely hilarious. I’m not kidding, I watched the video twice and started rooting like it was a gold‑medal match.
