It's Feel Good Friday, and we've got a "must watch" video that's making waves again. π Back in 2019, a 12-year-old wrestler named Austin Scranton did something truly amazing. He helped a 14-year-old named Lucas Lacina, who has cerebral palsy, live out his dream of wrestling for the school team. π€ΌββοΈπͺ
Austin didn't just go through the motions; he gave Lucas a real challenge while ensuring he was safe and set up to succeed. Lucas even got the pin! π Austin was from the opposing school, but he said, "I kinda just wanted to do it, because I wanted to help some kid that loves the same sport as me." Much respect, Austin! π
Fast forward six years, and Austin has just announced that he'll be wrestling for Augustana University. ππ Talk about a full-circle moment! Check out the video below, even if you've seen it before. It's guaranteed to warm your heart. ππΉ
Enjoy your Feel Good Friday, and keep spreading the love! ππ
