Have you ever heard the phrase “it will happen when you least expect it?” That’s precisely what happened when Reba McEntire fell in love with Anthony Lasuzzo!
Reba shared with People that she was shocked to have found love. "I was not looking. Not even interested," said the Fancy singer. After her marriage ended in 2015, she had no interest in finding a new partner or even looking for love at all; a trip to Jackson Hole with Kix Brooks changed the game! Anthony Lasuzzo, nicknamed Skeeter, is a wildlife photographer and retired oil geologist in the Wyoming area which is filled with bison, elk, moose, and antelope…on this occasion he happened to catch Reba’s eye as he was giving her, Kix Brooks and their crew a wildlife tour.
After the wildlife tour, they continued to spend time with one another and build a strong friendship that eventually became a relationship that’s lasted for over two years. Reba now says she’s totally in love and wouldn’t have it any other way. Maybe her song “Forever Love” is playing out in real life?
Last year, Reba hosted the Academy of Country Music Awards and did such an excellent job that she is back again. Actually, she’s been the ACM Award emcee 16 times throughout her career only taking off a few years to pass the mic duties to Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, and Dierks Bentley.

The 54th Academy of Country Music Awards will broadcast live from Las Vegas on CBS on Sunday, April 7 at 8PM EST.
