Bettendorf's Fourth of July Events
There's lots of 4th of July fun on the menu in Bettendorf, including a parade, a festival and a fireworks show to cap off the holiday. The parade begins at the intersection of 23rd Street and State Street at 10 a.m. After that, the festival runs from noon to 10 p.m. on Spruce Hills Drive, in front of Cumberland Square. Finally, fireworks will be shot off at dusk in Middle Park.
East Moline's Independence Day Celebrations
East Moline has two days of fireworks and patriotic fun for the whole family to enjoy. On Wednesday, July 3, fireworks will be shot off at River Bend Park. A kids zone featuring games, facepainting and a balloon artist will begin at 6 p.m., the Rock Island Arsenal will host a presentation of colors ceremony at 6:45 p.m., and then the fireworks show will begin at dusk. There's plenty of fun on Independence Day, too. The East Moline Fire Department will host a pancake breakfast at the American Legion on 829 16th Ave. from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. After that, the city's Fourth of July parade will begin at 1 p.m. The route starts at Third Street and 15th Avenue and will end on 13th Street.
Clinton's Independence Day Festival
Riverview Park in Clinton has a day full of fun in store for residents at its Fourth of July festival. Beginning at 8 a.m., visitors can enjoy backyard sport tournaments, ax throwing, an antique tractor show and more. The festival officially ends at 6 p.m., and a baseball game between the Clinton LumberKings and the Burlington Bees will begin at 6:30 p.m. A fireworks show will be held after the game wraps up.
Muscatine Fourth of July Celebration
The 2024 Muscatine Fourth of July Celebration kicks off at 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 4 in downtown Muscatine. The celebration takes place all day, kicking off with the Kids Parade at 9 a.m. A community parade begins at 4 p.m., the Muscatine Symphony Orchestra will play at Pearl City Station at 8:10 p.m. and a fireworks show will cap the celebration at dusk.
