A Valentine’s Day confection will have many people seeing green. A company in the UK is teaming up with a chocolatier to make broccoli-infused chocolates called Tender-Choc. They use 72% Ecuadorian dark chocolate filled with broccoli ganache and cream. Though the dessert is getting dragged online, a UK foodie on social media tried them and said they’re a little out there but are quite delicious.
