In case you missed it...
PBS will be airing "George Jones: Still Playin' Possum," the tribute concert marking the tenth anniversary of the passing of the country legend. The special, filmed last April 25th, features Travis Tritt, Tanya Tucker, Brad Paisley, Jelly Roll, Dierks Bentley, Sam Moore, Wynonna, Jamey Johnson, Uncle Kracker, Trace Adkins, Lorrie Morgan, Joe Nichols and more playing classic tunes by The Possum. Last fall, the concert was shown in theaters as a one-night-only event entitled "Still Playin’ Possum: Music & Memories of George Jones." PBS will be showing the event Friday, February 23rd.
Both Conner Smith and Hailey Whitters informed fans on their respective Instagram accounts that a new song featuring the two rising country stars is coming out tomorrow. Whitters posted a clip of the song, "Roulette On The Heart," with the caption "it’s perfectly complicated… Roulette on the Heart with @connersmithmusic is out this Friday." Fortunately, we have an idea what these two will sound like together; check out a clip of the song below...
