It’s a virtual concert that will exclusively be shown at VA hospitals nationwide. Jamie O’Neal hosts and performers include Craig Morgan, Keb’ Mo’, Chris Young, The Cadillac Three, Scotty McCreery, Russell Dickerson, Cam, Old Crow Medicine Show, Madeline Edwards, Shenandoah, LOCASH, James T. Slater, Natalie Hemby, Charles Esten, Alexis Wilkins, Ray Fulcher, Carter Faith, Kameron Marlowe, Travelin’ McCourys, Bobby Rush, Wade Bowen, Taylor Hicks, Alex Hall and more. Musicians on Call explains why the show is important. “At Musicians On Call we are passionate about delivering the healing power of music to Veterans every day through our bedside, virtual and streaming programs. Being able to show extra love and appreciation on Veterans Day, with the help of many compassionate partners like Wrangler and artists across genres, is something we look forward to each year.” This is the third year for the event.
Deana Carter and Phil Vassar are teaming up for a holiday tour, but first they are releasing a festive song. In the video for the song, the longtime friends are sitting at a piano duetting while a Christmas tree and other festive decorations surround them. Their tour kicks off Nov. 25 and wraps on Dec. 18 after 14 dates. See the video below.
The next season of "Yellowstone" starts on Sunday and will feature a new character played by the CMA Female Vocalist of the Year, Lainey Wilson. Lainey says playing Amy isn't much of a stretch for her. She says, "She's a musician. And I will say I pretty much get to be myself. I get to talk how I talk. I get to dress how I dress. I get to sing my songs. It's just a huge opportunity." Lainey's music has been featured in the show in past seasons. "Yellowstone" streams on Paramount.
