It’s that time of year where we look at all the stuff in our home and get overwhelmed.
That’s where spring cleaning comes in and the hosts of “The Home Edit” have come up with some fun and productive ways to tackle the big chore. Here’s what they came up with:
- Start small with a drawer or one shelf.
- Pull the things out and group all the like things together
- Containing comes next. You can use bins, inserts or separators
- Don’t skip steps!
- Prioritize and preserve sentimental items
- Maintain. Add labels to keep things in their place.
The ladies say spring cleaning is all about organizing and not necessarily cleaning. We’ll go with that!
