Charlie Daniels passed yesterday at age 83. I realized, in looking back, that I had the good fortune to talk with him twice. Once in 2011 and another time last year.
The thing that impressed me was that he was so patient, so attentive. It had to have been for him "yet another radio interview".
Think about it, this guy is a LEGEND. Yet he took some time to talk with me---share his thoughts. Time for which I am eternally grateful.
